Terms & Conditions
The Thanksgiving In-Suite Feast Package is available exclusively for reservations in Two- and Three-Bedroom Suites at The Elser Hotel & Residences. A one-time fee of $315 will be added to the room rate at the time of booking to cover the in-suite holiday meal experience. Package may be booked for stays beyond Thanksgiving Day; however, the feast is provided once per stay only.
After the reservation is confirmed and prior to arrival, a member of The Elser team will contact the booking guest to coordinate meal delivery date and timing. Delivery is subject to availability and must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. Modifications or special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Package is non-refundable and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or group rates. Blackout dates may apply. Pricing does not include taxes, service charges, or gratuities. Menu items are fixed and subject to change based on availability. Guest is responsible for reheating food items using in-suite appliances provided. The Elser Hotel & Residences is not responsible for food allergies or dietary restrictions; guests with concerns should inquire prior to booking.
